By signing up and actively using the Buxfire program, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Buxfire may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. We will endeavor to send out a notice to all our members regarding the new terms and/or terms which have changed.

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Buxfire program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance.

1. User Consent

You agree to and must use your own email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Buxfire account.

Buxfire is limited to one account per household. The use of a proxy server or VPN to view advertisements or complete tasks is prohibited. All funds accrued from illegal access or from attempting to cheat will be forfeited.

2. Payment Terms

We offer and sell advertising services, not physical products. That said, these services are provided and delivered instantly after the purchase.

We accept FaucetPay, Airtm, Payeer and Perfect Money. All purchases and withdrawals are processed instantly upon the cashout requested.

You may request a payment once you have reached $5.00 in your account balance.

You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a limited 10-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from our website, but only if you have not used our services.

All purchased items are non-refundable as they are instantly delivered upon purchase. We document records of all orders, transactions and ip addresses. We also make the terms of service visible within every page of the website. You also agreed to these terms upon registering and everytime you login to the site as shown; register page and within the login page.

In case user opens dispute against Buxfire for a purchased item, it will lead to immediate account suspension and your ip being banned on the server.

4. Account Termination

Termination of a member's account constitutes forfeiture of the privilege to create a new account. Only one account per individual is allowed; if more than one account is created for the same individual, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all monies forfeited. Members are required to use true and accurate account information when signing up and to keep their account information up-to-date at all times. If a member is found to have incomplete, inaccurate, or false account information, his/her account is subject to termination without notice.

Members may cancel their use of Buxfire at any time by sending a support ticket requesting as such. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to, cash earned and prizes requested.

6. Update Agreement

These Terms of Service is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site.
